Restarting the channel
Matt had a passionate audience, but his channel had gone quiet. I used Shorts to reconnect with viewers, then built a regular schedule of long-form videos.
Matt Scharff · Case study
I helped restart Matt’s channel with stronger concepts, intentional packaging, and regular uploads—then filmed and finished the videos myself.
01 / STRATEGY & RESULTS
Matt had a passionate audience, but his channel had gone quiet. I used Shorts to reconnect with viewers, then built a regular schedule of long-form videos.
I planned video ideas, titles, and thumbnails around Matt’s personality and audience. I also filmed and edited the videos to match that standard.
I managed the upload schedule, created the Shorts, and handled titles, thumbnails, publishing, and performance review.
02 / END-TO-END CHANNEL PRODUCTION

I travel with a full production kit and can handle the filming solo—on the course, at home, in a mall, or wherever the video takes us. I bring the cameras and audio equipment needed to capture a complete video with high-quality picture and sound.
I edited the entire video, including the intro, golf, and conversations, keeping it well-paced and easy to follow. I also handled color grading, camera matching, dialogue cleanup, music, and the final audio mix.
I designed and animated custom graphics that slid in and out for each shot, tracked scores, and added tracers throughout the videos.
I managed the publishing schedule, uploaded videos and Shorts, and ran thumbnail A/B tests. I also monitored analytics and responded to comments.
03 / WATCH THE WORK
This is a great example of the quality of golf video you can expect from me. I filmed this video solo and handled all the editing, including the intro, graphics, tracers, color grading, and sound.
